The overall occupancy rate for all industrial space in Singapore was 88.7% in the fourth quarter of 2025. This represented a decline of 0.4 percentage points compared to the previous quarter.
Why did industrial property occupancy rates decline in late 2025?
The decline was primarily driven by a surge in new completions, which added 345,000 sqm of total industrial stock, outpacing the demand during the same period.
